Decades of experience in processing thermoplastics and polymers form the solid basis of our wide technical know-how in single-component and multi-component injection moulding technology.

Our area of special expertise is the manufacture of plastic brushes for oral hygiene and dental care (toothbrushes, children´s toothbrushes, toothbrush heads, tongue brushes and interdental brushes) as well as brushes for beauty, cosmetics and health (hand brushes and curlers).

We process plastic filaments, natural bristles, synthetic bristles and special bristle mixtures.

In addition to this we manufacture technical brushes and industrial brushes (brush strips and brush carriers) for special industrial applications, as well as a variety of injection-moulded parts.

Thanks to our well-equipped construction and development departments, modern toolmaking and high-performance plastics moulding, we are able to develop, construct and produce articles from their initial concept, via injection moulding of the parts, to the finished product - all from a single source.

This also includes finishing, chrome plating, varnishing, printing, embossing (e.g. of brushes and toothbrushes for advertising and promotional purposes) and optimized packaging for transport and sales.

Our comprehensive service and premium products have won widespread acclaim in industry, the wholesale trade, well-known chain stores and consumer markets.

Apart from our own brand-name toothbrushes (Frisadent, Terradent, Monte Bianco), we also produce plastic toothbrushes and "Private Label" products for international customers.
